  • Excellent skills in relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience managing relationships at C-level.
  • Strong communication skills for client consulting and internal collaboration.
  • Independent and proactive way of working.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Native-level German.
  • Fluent English.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive consulting of retail partners on the optimal use of our advertising solutions.
  • Development and implementation of tailored client strategies with clear KPIs.
  • Identification of new business opportunities within the retail environment.
  • Targeted upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
  • Management of an opportunity pipeline, including precise reports and forecasts.
  • Proactive new customer acquisition and strategic outreach through cold calling and networking.
  • Onboarding, strategic development, and long-term retention of existing clients.
