Requirements

- Ideally 5+ years of professional experience.
- Excellent skills in relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience managing relationships at C-level.
- Strong communication skills for client consulting and internal collaboration.
- Independent and proactive way of working.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Native-level German.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Proactive consulting of retail partners on the optimal use of our advertising solutions.
- Development and implementation of tailored client strategies with clear KPIs.
- Identification of new business opportunities within the retail environment.
- Targeted upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Management of an opportunity pipeline, including precise reports and forecasts.
- Proactive new customer acquisition and strategic outreach through cold calling and networking.
- Onboarding, strategic development, and long-term retention of existing clients.
