Requirements
- 8+ years of professional full-time software engineering experience in backend, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
- Proven experience operating production services in AWS or OCI.
- Direct experience with end-to-end service ownership including on-call, SLO definition, and post-mortems.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems design, fault tolerance, and scalability.
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, Python, Rust, or Java).
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Terraform for IaC and Helm for Kubernetes (preferred).
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis (preferred).
- Familiarity with AI agent systems and LLM-as-judge frameworks (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design and operate core agent execution runtime for scheduling and state management.
- Build multi-agent coordination patterns including task handoff, memory systems, and tool use.
- Develop context window management strategies and session persistence layers.
- Build tooling for prompt engineering versioning, testing, and evaluation.
- Own and operate platform services in AWS or OCI, including scaling and cost management.
- Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes deployments with Helm.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and define SLOs.
- Instrument systems for observability and lead incident response.
