Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in digital media sales or integrated marketing.
  • Proven track record of achieving ₹3 Cr+ annual revenue targets.
  • Strong existing network of decision-makers in DTC and FMCG.
  • Expertise in influencer marketing, branded content, video, and programmatic.
  • Strong commercial acumen in deal structuring and account planning.
  • Ability to independently manage full sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets across FMCG and DTC verticals.
  • Build and activate relationships with senior marketers and media agencies.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pitching, and negotiation.
  • Sell integrated media solutions such as branded content, influencer programs, and programmatic.
  • Develop annual partnership strategies with enterprise accounts.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting.
