Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in digital media sales or integrated marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving ₹3 Cr+ annual revenue targets.
- Strong existing network of decision-makers in DTC and FMCG.
- Expertise in influencer marketing, branded content, video, and programmatic.
- Strong commercial acumen in deal structuring and account planning.
- Ability to independently manage full sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets across FMCG and DTC verticals.
- Build and activate relationships with senior marketers and media agencies.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pitching, and negotiation.
- Sell integrated media solutions such as branded content, influencer programs, and programmatic.
- Develop annual partnership strategies with enterprise accounts.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting.
