Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Build and execute a strategic territory plan to generate a net-new pipeline
  • Maintain 3x pipeline coverage and manage forecasting
  • Run a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC
  • Leverage AI tools for call preparation, discovery, and coaching
  • Build trusted relationships with independent hotel owners and GMs
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Partner with Product to share market feedback and influence the roadmap
