Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Professional fluency in Dutch and English
- 5+ years in technical customer success, solutions, or sales engineering
- Experience in cybersecurity technologies including SOAR, SIEM, Firewalls, EDR, XDR
- Expertise with at least one SIEM product
- Strong grasp of networking concepts and OS proficiency
- Experience working in enterprise accounts, SecOps, and Threat Intel
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Responsibilities
- Serve as an Anomali Platform power user
- Build strong customer relationships
- Address technical requests and resolve issues
- Provide technical guidance for adoption
- Track and communicate account metrics
- Collaborate with Onboarding, Support, Engineering, and Sales teams
