Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Professional fluency in Dutch and English
  • 5+ years in technical customer success, solutions, or sales engineering
  • Experience in cybersecurity technologies including SOAR, SIEM, Firewalls, EDR, XDR
  • Expertise with at least one SIEM product
  • Strong grasp of networking concepts and OS proficiency
  • Experience working in enterprise accounts, SecOps, and Threat Intel
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an Anomali Platform power user
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Address technical requests and resolve issues
  • Provide technical guidance for adoption
  • Track and communicate account metrics
  • Collaborate with Onboarding, Support, Engineering, and Sales teams
