Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in technical customer success or sales engineering
  • Experience in SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Expertise in SOAR, SIEM, Firewalls, and EDR/XDR
  • Knowledge of enterprise SecOps and Threat Intelligence
  • Proficiency with networking concepts and Operating Systems
  • Experience with Gainsight, SalesForce, and JIRA
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an Anomali Platform power user
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Address technical requests and resolve issues
  • Provide guidance for successful platform usage and adoption
  • Manage customer expectations
  • Track key account metrics and communicate progress
