Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in technical customer success or sales engineering
- Experience in SaaS or cybersecurity
- Expertise in SOAR, SIEM, Firewalls, and EDR/XDR
- Knowledge of enterprise SecOps and Threat Intelligence
- Proficiency with networking concepts and Operating Systems
- Experience with Gainsight, SalesForce, and JIRA
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Serve as an Anomali Platform power user
- Build strong customer relationships
- Address technical requests and resolve issues
- Provide guidance for successful platform usage and adoption
- Manage customer expectations
- Track key account metrics and communicate progress
- Coordinate with internal teams including engineering and sales
