Requirements
- 4+ years of prior sales experience.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools like Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with CRMs and sales technology (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
- Deep knowledge of the K-12 education space, organizational structures, and leadership personas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Demonstrated capacity for resourcefulness and creative problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Manage and sell Renaissance Learning’s products and services within assigned territory.
- Drive new business, cross/up-sell and renewal opportunities through prospecting.
- Engage multiple decision makers to ensure agreement through the life of the opportunity.
- Grow assigned book of business to exceed revenue goals.
- Provide consultative solution selling aligned to customer objectives.
- Lead internal and external partners to develop winning solutions.
- Build rapport and provide market insights to establish Renaissance as a trusted partner.
