Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the K-12 education space, organizational structures, and leadership personas.

  • Demonstrated capacity for resourcefulness and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and sell Renaissance Learning’s products and services within assigned territory.
  • Drive new business, cross/up-sell and renewal opportunities through prospecting.
  • Engage multiple decision makers to ensure agreement through the life of the opportunity.
  • Grow assigned book of business to exceed revenue goals.
  • Provide consultative solution selling aligned to customer objectives.
  • Lead internal and external partners to develop winning solutions.
  • Build rapport and provide market insights to establish Renaissance as a trusted partner.
