Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, or sales enablement.
- Proven experience creating prospect- and sales-facing content (webinars, one-pagers, emails, etc.).
- Strong writing, editing, and project management skills.
- Experience with CMS for sales content (e.g., Highspot).
- Experience with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana).
- Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders across commercial and marketing.
- Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate content workflows.
- Experience in healthcare, benefits, or digital health preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce preferred.
Responsibilities
- Learn commercial priorities, target audiences, and content library.
- Take ownership of sales enablement materials and webinars.
- Develop and execute sales enablement and thought leadership content.
- Lead webinar content execution end-to-end.
- Support campaigns with targeted content.
- Manage internal commercial content management system.
- Serve as a partner for RFP content and prospect-facing materials.
- Continuously improve content planning and production using AI tools.
