Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of strong technical sales experience.
  • Experience with direct B2B sales, capital equipment sales, sales channel, or distributors.
  • Proven ability to manage sales activity and forecasts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in test and measurement equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve all assigned annual sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all business opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Manage the regional sales pipeline and provide weekly progress updates.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Collaborate with Product Application Specialists and Customer Support.
  • Represent the company at regional and national trade shows.
  • Monitor and report on competitor products and activities.
  • Provide market and customer insights to internal teams.
