Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of strong technical sales experience.
- Experience with direct B2B sales, capital equipment sales, sales channel, or distributors.
- Proven ability to manage sales activity and forecasts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in test and measurement equipment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Achieve all assigned annual sales targets and performance objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all business opportunities in Salesforce.
- Manage the regional sales pipeline and provide weekly progress updates.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations.
- Collaborate with Product Application Specialists and Customer Support.
- Represent the company at regional and national trade shows.
- Monitor and report on competitor products and activities.
- Provide market and customer insights to internal teams.
