Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years working in a technical environment with demanding customers.
- High level proficiency with networking, LAN and WAN client-server systems.
- Proficiency with video capture (IP and analog/digital) technologies.
- Troubleshooting experience with PC or Mac based systems.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and logs.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with support ticketing and project management platforms (JIRA/Monday preferred).
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends for sporting events.
- Understanding of motorsport team/official challenges (preferred).
- Prior experience in motorsport (preferred).
- Experience with RaceWatch products (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Account-manage a select portfolio of Motorsport customers within your territory.
- Organize proactive customer service initiatives including event follow-up.
- Regularly attend racing events to build relationships and product knowledge.
- Drive new business and contract extensions via reviews and demonstrations.
- Provide technical and operational support via phone, email, or chat.
- Coordinate software installations and resolve technical problems.
- Provide advanced product training to customers and internal staff.
- Create support content, documentation, and user guidance.
- Validate new features and support client introductions.
- Collaborate with global customer success and engineering teams.
