Requirements
- 10+ years of combined experience in clinical research operations and consulting delivery.
- Proven success in building or scaling FSP consulting teams or service offerings within a consulting environment.
- Strong background in clinical research environments such as pharma, biotech, CROs, or research institutions.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformation or performance improvement initiatives.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships and influence strategic decision-making.
- Solid business acumen, including P&L responsibility and performance-driven leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, ensuring successful design, execution, and delivery of complex clinical research transformation projects.
- Drive FSP and consulting solution development in partnership with sales, marketing, and executive leadership.
- Serve as a senior SME in client pursuits, supporting proposals, presentations, SOW development, and commercial negotiations.
- Build and lead high-performing delivery teams, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Establish and expand executive-level and C-suite relationships across the clinical research ecosystem.
- Ensure financial performance by meeting or exceeding revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to strengthen visibility and market positioning.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and develop innovative solutions for clients.
