Job Details

10+ years of combined experience in clinical research operations and consulting delivery.
Proven success in building or scaling FSP consulting teams or service offerings within a consulting environment.
Strong background in clinical research environments such as pharma, biotech, CROs, or research institutions.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformation or performance improvement initiatives.
Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
Ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships and influence strategic decision-making.
Solid business acumen, including P&L responsibility and performance-driven leadership.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically as needed.

Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, ensuring successful design, execution, and delivery of complex clinical research transformation projects.
Drive FSP and consulting solution development in partnership with sales, marketing, and executive leadership.
Serve as a senior SME in client pursuits, supporting proposals, presentations, SOW development, and commercial negotiations.
Build and lead high-performing delivery teams, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Establish and expand executive-level and C-suite relationships across the clinical research ecosystem.
Ensure financial performance by meeting or exceeding revenue, margin, and growth targets.
Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to strengthen visibility and market positioning.
Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and develop innovative solutions for clients.
