Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in communications, including leadership roles in biotech and/or pharma.
- Proven experience with website redesign and digital content strategy.
- Proven experience leading internal communications in remote or distributed organizations.
- Proven experience with corporate brand development and social media campaigns.
- Proven experience in executive and leadership communications.
- Strong executive presence with experience advising senior leaders.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content strategy skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific information into compelling narratives.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, HR, Investor Relations, Finance, and Clinical teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking communication metrics.
Responsibilities
- Lead the redesign and ongoing evolution of the company’s external website.
- Develop and implement a forward-thinking internal communications strategy.
- Design and execute a comprehensive internal communications approach for a fully remote workforce.
- Oversee all internal communication channels and the employee intranet.
- Craft and deliver executive communications for town halls and enterprise updates.
- Enhance the corporate brand image and narrative.
- Build and elevate the company’s employer brand through social media.
- Own the agenda and content for biannual all-company meetings and town halls.
