- Client-focused mindset with strong listening skills and the ability to lead solution-oriented discussions internally and externally.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally and align internal expertise to client challenges.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines effectively.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial consulting, brand communications, and patient engagement services within the life sciences sector.
- Build and strengthen relationships with pharmaceutical and healthcare stakeholders to expand market presence and generate new revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior business development leadership to create and execute targeted growth strategies and client engagement plans.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges and positioning tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and practice leaders to align the right capabilities and teams to client opportunities.
- Manage and support complex procurement processes, RFP responses, and sales cycles within the pharmaceutical and healthcare consulting environment.
- Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and pipeline management activities through CRM systems and internal reporting tools.
- Monitor industry trends, client needs, and market dynamics to proactively identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
