Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, product marketing, or commercial marketing within a medical device, diagnostics, or life sciences environment.
  • Proven experience developing and executing product marketing strategies and successful product launches.
  • Strong ability to translate technical/scientific concepts into clear, compelling commercial messaging.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, regulatory, and operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute global product and commercial marketing strategies, including annual planning, segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
  • Develop compelling product messaging, value propositions, and competitive positioning.
  • Lead product launch activities, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure commercial readiness.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to refine strategy.
  • Track KPIs, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with sales leadership to align on execution and support business goals.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs and internal teams.
