Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Familiarity with provider workflows, healthcare operations, and electronic health record (eHR) systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience making prioritization decisions and tradeoff recommendations.
- Ability to adapt existing approaches to resolve ambiguous or non-routine challenges.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills.
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
- Working knowledge of APIs and/or technical products.
- Professional maturity to operate independently.
Responsibilities
- Independently own feature-level discovery, requirement definition, prioritization, and delivery within a defined product area.
- Translate complex customer and business problems into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Partner with engineering on planning, estimation, QA readiness, and release execution.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Support to clarify requirements.
- Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Conduct customer interviews, feedback analysis, and usability assessments.
- Analyze feature usage, performance data, and qualitative insights.
- Manage the product backlog and contribute to the roadmap.
- Track metrics and recommend optimizations to enhance usability and reliability.
