Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Licensed practitioner
- Current clinical licensure in the state of California
- In-tact Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California
- Working knowledge of evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, trauma, and dual diagnosis
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote clinical work
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct IOP orientations for new patients
- Lead discharge planning and coordinate with outpatient providers
- Document collateral contacts and case management activities
- Facilitate psychotherapy, process, and skills-based groups
- Provide clinical coverage for group sessions
- Participate in weekly case conferences
- Track engagement and discharge metrics
- Assist in updating safety plans and crisis escalation
