Requirements
- Must be an independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent)
- Must hold an active, unrestricted license
- Must possess two or more independent and active state licenses
- Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or hospital settings highly desired
- Experience with structured, skills-based modalities like CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT
- Ability to work in a fast-paced but sustainable outpatient environment
Responsibilities
- Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy for low to moderate acuity patients
- Conduct 60-minute intakes and follow-up sessions
- Manage a consistent caseload with defined, transparent goals
- Collaborate within an in-house referral network with psychiatrists
- Participate in clinical decision-making within evidence-based standards
