- Independently licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent)
- Active, unrestricted license
- Two or more independent and active state licenses (except CA, NY, MA)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or hospital settings
- Experience with CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care
Responsibilities
- Deliver 100% remote, outpatient therapy
- Conduct 60-minute intakes and follow-up sessions
- Manage a consistent outpatient caseload
- Engage in independent treatment decision-making
- Collaborate with psychiatrists via an in-house referral network
- Maintain high-quality, evidence-based care standards
