Requirements
- Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
- Active, unrestricted license.
- Minimum of two independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY, and MA).
- Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Independent decision-making ability.
- Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, or IOP settings (highly desired).
- Proficiency in structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care (highly desired).
Responsibilities
- Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy sessions.
- Manage lower to moderate acuity populations including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and mood disorders.
- Conduct 60-minute intakes and follow-up sessions.
- Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with transparent goals.
- Deliver evidence-based clinical care.
- Participate in an in-house referral network with psychiatrists.
- Engage in independent treatment decision-making.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership for support and consultation.
