Requirements
- Active, unrestricted license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent.
- Must hold two or more active, independent state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA).
- Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills.
- Comfort practicing in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
- Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or hospital settings preferred.
- Proficiency in structured, skills-based modalities like CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care preferred.
- Must be able to work as a W-2 employee.
Responsibilities
- Perform 100% remote, outpatient therapy sessions.
- Manage a consistent caseload of patients with lower to moderate acuity conditions.
- Conduct 60-minute intakes and follow-up appointments.
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation.
- Engage in an in-house referral network with psychiatrists.
- Maintain clinical autonomy within evidence-based standards.
- Participate in operational workflows and clinical community meetings.
