Requirements
- Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
- Active, unrestricted license.
- Possess two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY and MA).
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Comfort practicing in a fast-paced but sustainable outpatient environment.
- Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, or IOP settings (highly desired).
- Experience with structured, skills-based modalities like CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care (highly desired).
Responsibilities
- Deliver 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
- Treat low to moderate acuity populations.
- Conduct 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions.
- Manage a consistent outpatient caseload.
- Maintain clinical autonomy and evidence-based standards.
- Collaborate within an in-house referral network.
