Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience designing and implementing cloud native architectures based on modern SRE principles.
- Hands-on skills working with a major public cloud platform in production, ideally GCP.
- Comfortable working with common DevSecOps practices and tooling.
- Ability to specialize in one or more domains: Software Architecture, Tooling/Pipelines/DevSecOps, Kubernetes, Databases, and/or Networking.
- Ability to learn new emerging technologies and methodologies quickly.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and complex engagements.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable with being on video for internal and client meetings.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand requirements and technical challenges.
- Develop cloud technology solutions and evangelize their value.
- Develop estimates for skills and timelines for project proposals or SoWs.
- Act as lead technical member providing delivery and technical oversight.
- Unblock project teams and maintain delivery progress.
- Perform hands-on architecture and execution tasks.
- Mentor internal engineering teams to up-skill the organization.
