5+ years of experience with Agile delivery.
5+ years of experience leading consulting projects for large clients involving at least eight areas of Azure expertise (e.g., PaaS, Containers, API Design, AI & Search, DevOps, Identity).
5+ years of experience leading consulting projects utilizing at least six of the listed tools/technologies (e.g., .NET Core, C#, Angular/React/Blazor, DevOps automation, CI/CD, IaC).
Experience contributing to user stories, backlog content, task management, and progress visibility.
4 or more Microsoft Azure certifications (Application Development, DevOps, AI, or Architecture focus).
Recommended certifications: AZ-204, AZ-400, AZ-102.
Ability to present to clients in a business-focused, impactful, and persuasive manner.
Proven, repeatable track record of successful large-scale project delivery.

Actively collaborate with sales and delivery to develop client proposals, roadmaps, and technical explanations to facilitate decision-making.
Lead technical and non-technical executive- or sponsor-level client stakeholders on complex technical concepts.
Lead large-scale technical requirements elicitation, design, and scoping discussions.
Decompose large-scale requirements into tasks and accurately estimate effort.
Delegate technical tasks to team members for complex multi-workstream projects.
Provide project leadership for large-scale, complex projects involving global teams.
Collaborate with project teams and internal leadership on solution mitigation and client communication.
Architect, design, and set standards for complex solutions across various technologies and integrations.
