Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a technical Project Manager or in a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and integration principles.
- Strong solutioning skills on SaaS platform data integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-facing communication skills and consultant/client management capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage and drive client communications throughout the entire delivery.
- Align different client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Understand client product and business logic to provide solutions.
- Take the project management role for client onboarding.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance during implementation and deployment.
- Work with product and engineering teams for feature integration.
- Conduct technical hands-on work as needed.
- Present and demonstrate proposed solutions to clients.
