Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level)
- 4–5 years of hands-on QA experience in SaaS or software product–based companies
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proven experience working in Agile environments
- Familiarity with Shift-Left testing practices
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and quality integration
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail and quality ownership
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test plans based on functional and technical specifications.
- Create, maintain, and execute detailed manual test cases using Zephyr integrated with JIRA.
- Actively participate in daily squad stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Log, track, and manage defects in JIRA and verify fixes.
- Validate user stories and tickets for compliance with acceptance criteria.
- Apply a Shift-Left testing approach by engaging early in the development lifecycle.
- Transition manual test scenarios into automated test scripts using Cucumber, Gherkin, and Playwright.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by enhancing automated test coverage.
- Perform network, performance, smoke, and visual regression testing.
