Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Deep understanding of pipeline accountability and ICP definition.
  • Experience with ABM at a B2B company.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn ads, outbound, intent data, and CRM/MAP workflows.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives.
  • Analytical range: ability to use data to inform decisions and prioritize accounts.
  • Builder mindset: experience building marketing functions from scratch.
  • Strong writing skills for voice-driven content.
  • Prior experience in SDR/BDR roles (nice-to-have).
  • Domain expertise in travel, transportation, or AI/data products (nice-to-have).

Responsibilities

  • Design and own end-to-end ABM campaigns across target accounts.
  • Develop account-specific messaging frameworks.
  • Collaborate on tailored sales assets including landing pages and case studies.
  • Manage a performance dashboard for pipeline and engagement tracking.
  • Conduct regular retrospectives to iterate on targeting and content strategy.
  • Partner with the CRO to define account strategy and stakeholder mapping.
  • Monitor accounts for high-signal triggers such as funding or leadership changes.
  • Maintain target account lists and rigorous CRM hygiene.
  • Execute outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
