Requirements
- Built or managed an SDR or outbound function before
- Experience managing outsourced SDR partners or external bookers
- Comfortable with short, focused ICP lists in trust-based B2B environments
- Strong ability to build reports, track conversions, and make data-driven decisions
- High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to make progress with incomplete data
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize a network of local SDR and booker partners across European markets
- Design and run structured market tests with clear decision logic
- Create the data, reporting, and feedback loop
- Develop and iterate the outbound playbook, messaging, and qualification criteria
- Conduct weekly check-ins with SDR and booker partners
- Collaborate with Account Executives to improve meeting quality
- Research new SDR partners and build prospect lists
