Requirements

  • Proven experience building or managing SDR, outbound, or demand generation functions, ideally with exposure to scaling outbound operations.
  • Hands-on experience working with external SDR providers, agencies, or partner-led sales models.
  • Strong understanding of B2B outbound strategies in complex, trust-based, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to build reports, track performance metrics, and make decisions based on conversion and pipeline data.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where processes and market insights are still evolving.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with sales leaders, executives, and external partners.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operational detail work.
  • Experience in SaaS, construction tech, or other B2B industries with long or consultative sales cycles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar) is highly desirable.
  • Europe-based with the ability to work effectively in a remote-first, cross-functional international team.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and manage a network of local SDR and booking partners across multiple European markets to generate qualified outbound pipeline.
  • Plan and execute structured market tests, defining clear success criteria and deciding whether to scale, iterate, or stop market expansion efforts.
  • Develop and maintain the reporting, data tracking, and performance visibility layer for outbound and partner-led demand generation activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and leadership to improve meeting quality, qualification standards, and conversion outcomes.
  • Optimize outbound messaging, targeting, and qualification frameworks in partnership with sales and marketing teams.
  • Identify, onboard, and continuously evaluate new SDR and partner opportunities across priority regions.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of pipeline performance, conversion metrics, and market responsiveness to inform expansion strategy.
  • Act as the operational owner of outbound execution, ensuring alignment between partners, internal teams, and market goals.
  • Support continuous improvement of the outbound playbook based on real-world testing and performance feedback.
