Requirements
- BS/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product
- Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services
- Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts
- Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams
- Experience working with Engineering and Design teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Transform ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap
- Empathize with customer problems to collect needs and pain points
- Curate and represent user feedback to Engineering with evidence for tradeoffs
- Collaborate with PMM on product differentiation, documentation, and whitepapers
- Make decisions regarding GTM strategies, pricing, packaging, and tiering
