Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or client services role within the software or technology industry
Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of accounts independently with minimal day-to-day supervision
Proven reliability working in a remote environment, with strong self-management and communication habits
Comfortable working with Google Workspace, Microsoft O365, and project management tools such as JIRA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with email marketing platforms or digital marketing tools
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Background in fintech, financial services, or wealth management
Post-secondary education in Business, Communications, or a related field

Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships and maintaining high levels of satisfaction
Develop a thorough understanding of the ReachStack platform and each client's unique communication goals and strategy
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review performance, address questions, and identify opportunities to improve their results
Proactively identify and resolve client concerns before they escalate, maintaining a high standard of responsiveness and follow-through
Support clients in making effective use of platform features through guidance, best practices, and occasional training sessions
Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and contribute to ongoing service and product improvements
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account health using internal tools
