Responsibilities
- Ensure contract renewals through resource coordination
- Align product impact with client business objectives
- Collaborate with North American Account Management teams
- Create one-to-many communication and process workflows
- Lead customer meetings and discovery sessions
- Define learning transformation roadmaps
- Execute digital strategy including webinars and campaigns
- Document use-cases and reduce churn
