Responsibilities

  • Ensure contract renewals through resource coordination
  • Align product impact with client business objectives
  • Collaborate with North American Account Management teams
  • Create one-to-many communication and process workflows
  • Lead customer meetings and discovery sessions
  • Define learning transformation roadmaps
  • Execute digital strategy including webinars and campaigns
  • Document use-cases and reduce churn
