Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in sales account management for strategic National or Global accounts.
- Experience managing complex solutions and products.
- Experience with C-level relationship management.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and business maturity.
- 2 years of virtual work experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop clear and thorough sales account plans for named accounts.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives.
- Identify additional products and cross-functional resources to maximize revenue.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews.
- Analyze trends and provide recommendations to improve customer programs.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
- Manage contractual documentation including MSAs, SOWs, and SLAs.
- Manage contract renewals and proposal responses to RFPs.
