Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales account management for strategic National or Global accounts.
  • Experience managing complex solutions and products.
  • Experience with C-level relationship management.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor and business maturity.
  • 2 years of virtual work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear and thorough sales account plans for named accounts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives.
  • Identify additional products and cross-functional resources to maximize revenue.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews.
  • Analyze trends and provide recommendations to improve customer programs.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
  • Manage contractual documentation including MSAs, SOWs, and SLAs.
  • Manage contract renewals and proposal responses to RFPs.
