Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Sales.
- Track record of retaining accounts.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Analytical discipline and adaptability.
- Strategic thinking to translate growth objectives into account plans.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for site visits and team alignment.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or fintech (preferred).
- Experience in a startup environment (preferred).
- Experience with Jira (preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to build growth strategies for your book of business.
- Ensure speed and efficiency in onboarding and adoption of Esusu services.
- Develop customized success plans to accelerate adoption and client goals.
- Build relationships with property managers to understand business needs.
- Identify growth opportunities and establish client feedback loops.
- Monitor account health through business reviews and account planning.
- Provide education on services and Financial Literacy to property managers and residents.
