Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Sales.
  • Track record of retaining accounts.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
  • Analytical discipline and adaptability.
  • Strategic thinking to translate growth objectives into account plans.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for site visits and team alignment.
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or fintech (preferred).
  • Experience in a startup environment (preferred).
  • Experience with Jira (preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to build growth strategies for your book of business.
  • Ensure speed and efficiency in onboarding and adoption of Esusu services.
  • Develop customized success plans to accelerate adoption and client goals.
  • Build relationships with property managers to understand business needs.
  • Identify growth opportunities and establish client feedback loops.
  • Monitor account health through business reviews and account planning.
  • Provide education on services and Financial Literacy to property managers and residents.
