Requirements
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in data quality, compliance, research operations, or a field requiring rigorous attention to accuracy and pattern recognition.
- Comfort working with data platforms, technology, and outreach tracking tools.
- Ability to identify trends, anomalies, and underperformance in reporting dashboards.
- Strong interpersonal skills for conducting voter follow-up calls.
- Discretion and good judgment when escalating concerns.
- Familiarity with community organizing, political campaigns, or relational outreach programs.
- Natural systems thinking ability.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and building processes in real time.
Responsibilities
- Monitor captain outreach data in real time, flagging volume anomalies such as unrealistic door or call rates, suspicious GPS patterns, or timestamps inconsistent with legitimate outreach.
- Identify patterns that may indicate data entry errors, training gaps, or intentional misreporting.
- Maintain and refine a living set of QC flags and thresholds in collaboration with the Program Manager and research team.
- Conduct follow-up outreach to 5-10% of all reported voter contacts to verify interactions.
- Design and execute follow-up scripts to systematically surface discrepancies.
- Escalate serious flags immediately to the Program Manager and relevant Organizer.
- Coordinate with the research team to ensure QC follow-up protocols do not interfere with the program's RCT.
- Recruit and manage a network of plants to report on outreach quality.
- Translate QC findings into clear, actionable feedback for Organizers.
- Participate in regular program-wide check-ins to share regional trends and systemic findings.
