- Prepare USCIS forms and collect supporting documents for case submission (AOS, I-130, National Visa Center processing, Embassy Processing, 601 Waivers, SIJ applications, WAVA applications, Asylum, I-290B Appeal, Mandamus lawsuits, Removal proceedings: motions, pleadings, etc.)
- Analyze case documents for proper case preparation
- Perform basic legal research on U.S. immigration and/or family law
- Communicate with new clients and existing clients for case management
- Respond to clients and resolve case inquiries within 48 hours
- Document case management and client communication in firm CMS
- Communicate with external agencies including USCIS, EOIR, and other agencies
- Communicate with external persons including opposing counsel and government attorneys
- Maintain excellent rapport within the production team and with other teams in the firm
- Assist with administrative tasks, as needed
