- Oversee and support a team of approximately three Removal Defense Paralegals.
- Manage team workloads, distribute assignments, and conduct regular case audits.
- Maintain a personal caseload of 5–15 EOIR matters.
- Manage the department master hearing calendar and track critical filing deadlines.
- Ensure firm SOPs, checklists, and documentation practices are followed consistently.
- Monitor EOIR/ECAS for hearing updates, court orders, and case developments.
- Coordinate case preparation, including exhibit filing and attorney hearing support.
- Identify and address administrative bottlenecks or recurring performance issues.
- Provide team training, procedural guidance, and conflict resolution support.
- Assist attorneys with emergency filings and urgent detained removal matters.
