Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience working with Channel Partners in the LATAM region.
- Focus on Brazil and Mexico markets.
- Advanced Professional Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
- Proven success building revenue-generating partnerships with resellers.
- Demonstrated experience building partnerships from the ground up.
- Experience developing and documenting service practices with partners.
- Knowledge of security or infrastructure SaaS products.
- Proven track record of achieving/overachieving revenue growth targets.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Gong and Impartner is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day channel partner relationships in the LATAM region.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective channel partners.
- Field and route inbound interest from partners.
- Generate pipeline and strategies for new customer acquisition.
- Work with cross-functional teams on messaging, marketing, training, and events.
- Design and execute GTM plans with partners to exceed targets.
- Assist partners with product positioning and deal closing strategies.
- Manage deal registration conflicts.
- Ensure partner compliance with programs and agreements.
- Conduct QBRs with partner executive teams.
