Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience working with Channel Partners in the LATAM region.
  • Focus on Brazil and Mexico markets.
  • Advanced Professional Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Proven success building revenue-generating partnerships with resellers.
  • Demonstrated experience building partnerships from the ground up.
  • Experience developing and documenting service practices with partners.
  • Knowledge of security or infrastructure SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of achieving/overachieving revenue growth targets.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with Gong and Impartner is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day channel partner relationships in the LATAM region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective channel partners.
  • Field and route inbound interest from partners.
  • Generate pipeline and strategies for new customer acquisition.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on messaging, marketing, training, and events.
  • Design and execute GTM plans with partners to exceed targets.
  • Assist partners with product positioning and deal closing strategies.
  • Manage deal registration conflicts.
  • Ensure partner compliance with programs and agreements.
  • Conduct QBRs with partner executive teams.
