Requirements
- BSc or BEng degree with 10+ years’ experience.
- MBA or experience in a digital agency, strategic consultancy, or digital product studio.
- Experience with agile and lean methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in digital transformation, business process optimization, and organizational change management.
- Strong knowledge of program/project management tools and digital solutions.
- Experience managing and allocating resources within a program across multiple workstreams.
- Experience partnering with client/account managers to drive account growth.
- Experience scoping new account opportunities and preparing proposals.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets/SmartSheet, Miro, or other digital collaboration tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Superior comfort with digital tools and technical aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain schedules, timelines, milestones, and performance reports.
- Identify and find solutions to resource conflicts.
- Interface regularly with management for stakeholder communication.
- Ensure programs remain aligned to corporate and top-down imperatives.
- Conduct stakeholder impact analysis and develop change strategies.
- Ensure program documentation is current and consistent with PMO standards.
- Partner with client managers to identify business needs and account growth opportunities.
- Scope activities for new account opportunities and assist in proposal preparation.
