Requirements
- 10+ years of programme and project leadership in a services environment.
- Proven history of running complex, multi-workstream programmes (CRM/Data/Digital).
- Hands-on experience delivering and governing programmes within consultancies or agencies.
- Deep understanding of CRM, data, Martech, and digital transformation ecosystems.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills including budgeting and forecasting.
- Expertise in risk management, dependency mapping, and programme-level planning.
- Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Solid grounding in Agile and hybrid delivery models.
- Ability to work directly with C-Suite and senior executives.
- Willingness to travel for key client meetings and steering committees.
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of complex, multi-workstream client programmes.
- Ensure project alignment, governance, and high-standard execution.
- Control risks and manage dependencies.
- Oversee budgets, forecasting, and commercial risk.
- Align stakeholders across technical, delivery, and business teams.
- Shape and refine programme management governance frameworks.
- Provide leadership and coaching to distributed teams.
- Collaborate with executive sponsors and client leadership.
