Requirements
- Proven experience managing AI projects focused on AI-based software products.
- Hands-on experience in structuring machine learning pipelines.
- Practical experience working with MLOps and production AI systems.
- Strong experience in identifying and managing dependencies and risks across multiple projects.
- Ability to communicate AI and ML concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 4+ years managing complex technology projects.
- 2+ years managing AI Gen projects (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Solid technical background and experience working closely with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver AI projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and technical constraints.
- Manage end-to-end AI software product development, from experimentation to production and scaling.
- Define and maintain roadmaps, project plans, milestones, and cross-project dependencies.
- Identify and proactively manage risks specific to AI initiatives (data, models, infrastructure, compliance).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Data Science, ML Engineering, MLOps, Product, Platform).
- Oversee the structure of machine learning pipelines and ensure production readiness.
- Partner with MLOps teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and monitoring of models in production.
- Facilitate effective cross-team ceremonies and working sessions.
- Ensure delivery quality and alignment with PMO frameworks and governance.
