Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience working with Channel Partners in LATAM (focus on Brazil and Mexico).
  • Advanced Professional Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Proven success building revenue-generating reseller partnerships.
  • Demonstrated experience building partnerships from the ground up.
  • Experience developing and documenting service practices.
  • Knowledge of security or infrastructure SaaS products.
  • Track record of achieving or overachieving revenue growth targets.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day channel partner relationships in LATAM.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective partners.
  • Route inbound partner interest and generate pipeline for new customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on messaging, marketing, and events.
  • Design and execute GTM plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Assist partners with product positioning and deal closing.
  • Manage deal registration conflicts.
  • Ensure partner compliance with programs and agreements.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partner executives.
