Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience leading quota-carrying AEs.
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience overall.
  • Experience managing sellers across inbound and outbound channels.
  • Experience selling $50K+ deals into complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of selling flexible, horizontal platforms.
  • Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, AI, compliance, and platform extensibility.
  • Proven experience building or scaling sales motions.
  • Demonstrated ability to experiment with tools and leverage technology.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ownership mindset in a remote-first setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Account Executives selling to customers in the 1–999 employee range.
  • Recruit, coach, and ramp quota-carrying AEs with strong product acumen.
  • Provide hands-on coaching across pipeline generation, discovery, multi-threading, and closing.
  • Oversee AE execution of strategic adoption plans with support from internal partners.
  • Drive rigor in pipeline inspection, forecasting, and activity hygiene using HubSpot.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, RevOps, and Engineering to deliver go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain executive-level relationships with high-potential accounts.
  • Codify sales playbooks and build repeatable sales motions.
