Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in interior design.
- Portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in SketchUp.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software (such as Enscape).
- Deep understanding of luxury materials, furniture, finishes, and industry trends.
- Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong experience in construction administration.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive the design process for high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Lead the development and presentation of compelling design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes.
- Lead the creation of detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations.
- Curate and specify luxury materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
- Review shop drawings, oversee installations, and conduct site visits.
- Work closely with junior designers, project managers, and procurement specialists.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Manage and oversee the preparation and submission of budgets and drawing sets.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
