Requirements
- 2–3+ years of hands-on optimization experience managing Amazon Search and Amazon DSP campaigns
- Strong understanding of retail media and commerce marketing environments
- Experience managing campaign execution and optimization across multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience managing performance-focused KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and media efficiency
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced agency environments
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work U.S. business hours with preference for Eastern Time overlap
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution and optimization of Amazon Search and Amazon DSP campaigns across multiple client accounts
- Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and overall performance
- Implement optimization recommendations based on performance trends and business objectives
- Support campaign launches, QA processes, and ongoing account maintenance
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization insights
- Build and contribute to reporting decks, written summaries, and internal performance updates
- Leverage Excel and platform reporting tools to evaluate KPIs and improve campaign efficiency
- Support both Amazon Search and Amazon DSP initiatives with an ideal 50/50 channel split
