Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on optimization experience managing Amazon Search and Amazon DSP campaigns
  • Strong understanding of retail media and commerce marketing environments
  • Experience managing campaign execution and optimization across multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience managing performance-focused KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and media efficiency
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced agency environments
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours with preference for Eastern Time overlap

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution and optimization of Amazon Search and Amazon DSP campaigns across multiple client accounts
  • Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and overall performance
  • Implement optimization recommendations based on performance trends and business objectives
  • Support campaign launches, QA processes, and ongoing account maintenance
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization insights
  • Build and contribute to reporting decks, written summaries, and internal performance updates
  • Leverage Excel and platform reporting tools to evaluate KPIs and improve campaign efficiency
  • Support both Amazon Search and Amazon DSP initiatives with an ideal 50/50 channel split
