- Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Willingness and desire to learn and share knowledge.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to multiple projects comprised of cross-functional staff.
- Serve as the analytics expert on the project.
- Prepare and perform analyses of primary and secondary data.
- Develop protocols and analysis plans.
- Design RWE studies.
- Communicate study results internally and externally.
- Perform data feasibility assessments.
- Create analytic datasets and study reports.
