Requirements
- Master’s degree in a subject related to health services research e.g., health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or science.
- 4-6 years’ professional experience.
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and requirements for health technology assessments.
- Experience overseeing systematic literature reviews (clinical, economic, and/or health-related quality of life) and/or quantitative evidence synthesis studies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EndNote.
- Proficiency in R/R Shiny is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop client-ready deliverables including protocols, statistical analysis plans, technical reports, and slides.
- Manage the delivery of components of projects by collaborating with other staff members.
- Lead client calls and respond to emails.
- Delegate and oversee tasks completed by junior researchers.
- Create development plans and act as a mentor for direct reports.
- Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations.
- Help ensure timely delivery and financial performance of projects.
