Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (SaaS or telecom experience a big plus).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence and presence on the phone.
  • Startup mindset: resourceful, adaptable, and energized by change.
  • Self-motivated to thrive in a remote environment.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with experience managing a pipeline and working within a CRM like Salesforce.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn about APIs, connectivity, and modern comms infrastructure.
  • Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify new sales opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and social outreach across APAC, with a focus on Southeast Asia.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers and build strong early-stage relationships that lead to meetings and pipeline.
  • Understand customer needs and clearly articulate how Telnyx solves real problems with cutting-edge technology.
  • Schedule qualified meetings with Account Executives and collaborate on strategy to accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Log activity and insights into our CRM (Salesforce) to maintain pipeline visibility and drive conversion.
  • Learn about our product suite and the competitive landscape so you can speak with confidence and authority.
  • Contribute to the refinement of messaging, outreach tactics, and market positioning as we grow in the APAC region.
