Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence and presence on the phone.
  • Startup mindset: resourceful, adaptable, and self-motivated.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with experience managing a pipeline.
  • Experience working within a CRM like Salesforce.
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in APIs, connectivity, and modern comms infrastructure.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify new sales opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and social outreach across APAC, with a focus on Southeast Asia.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers and build strong early-stage relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and articulate how Telnyx solves problems with technology.
  • Schedule qualified meetings with Account Executives and collaborate on sales strategy.
  • Log activity and insights into Salesforce to maintain pipeline visibility.
  • Learn about the product suite and competitive landscape.
  • Contribute to the refinement of messaging, outreach tactics, and market positioning.
