Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence and presence on the phone.
- Startup mindset: resourceful, adaptable, and self-motivated.
- Organized and detail-oriented with experience managing a pipeline.
- Experience working within a CRM like Salesforce.
- Tech-savvy with an interest in APIs, connectivity, and modern comms infrastructure.
- Fluency in English required.
- Based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Source and qualify new sales opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and social outreach across APAC, with a focus on Southeast Asia.
- Initiate contact with potential customers and build strong early-stage relationships.
- Understand customer needs and articulate how Telnyx solves problems with technology.
- Schedule qualified meetings with Account Executives and collaborate on sales strategy.
- Log activity and insights into Salesforce to maintain pipeline visibility.
- Learn about the product suite and competitive landscape.
- Contribute to the refinement of messaging, outreach tactics, and market positioning.
