Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong interest in AI and automation, ideally with hands-on experience using AI tools and workflow platforms.
  • A data-driven mindset, comfortable analyzing numbers, spotting trends, and acting fast.
  • Some experience managing social media calendars and understanding content performance metrics.
  • Curious, experimental, and proactive.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Search, Meta Ads, and Linkedin Ads
  • Analyzing performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR) and making data-driven optimization decisions.
  • Collaborating with design and content teams to create ad creatives and landing pages that convert.
  • Running experiments to improve website conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Helping test new organic channels (e.g., YouTube Shorts, Instagram) to expand our growth footprint.
  • Owning day-to-day social media across our Platform Engineering brands by building systems to automate scheduling, defining a clear social strategy
  • Tracking social performance and continuously iterating on formats, hooks, and posting cadence to improve reach and engagement over time.
