Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Marketing / Data Analyst
  • Strong experience with performance marketing analytics (paid channels, affiliate, ROI)
  • Advanced SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions)
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
  • Python for data analysis and automation (pandas, APIs)
  • Experience with ad platforms, CRM systems, web/app analytics (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel), and data warehouses (BigQuery, ClickHouse, Snowflake)
  • Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS/ROMI, attribution models, unit economics, cohort analysis
  • Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Intermediate+ English

Responsibilities

  • Extract, clean, and maintain marketing and business data
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities
  • Build clear data visualizations and dashboards
  • Analyze performance across paid channels (Google, Meta, Affiliate, etc.)
  • Monitor budgets, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness
  • Prepare reports on marketing and business metrics
  • Automate reporting and data workflows
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and business teams
  • Analyze partner network performance and identify growth opportunities
