Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Marketing / Data Analyst
- Strong experience with performance marketing analytics (paid channels, affiliate, ROI)
- Advanced SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions)
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- Python for data analysis and automation (pandas, APIs)
- Experience with ad platforms, CRM systems, web/app analytics (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel), and data warehouses (BigQuery, ClickHouse, Snowflake)
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS/ROMI, attribution models, unit economics, cohort analysis
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Intermediate+ English
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and maintain marketing and business data
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities
- Build clear data visualizations and dashboards
- Analyze performance across paid channels (Google, Meta, Affiliate, etc.)
- Monitor budgets, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness
- Prepare reports on marketing and business metrics
- Automate reporting and data workflows
- Work closely with marketing, product, and business teams
- Analyze partner network performance and identify growth opportunities
