Requirements
- Significant Product Management experience.
- Experience leading product strategy across multiple teams or product areas.
- Direct experience managing Product Managers, including coaching and performance management.
- Technical fluency in infrastructure, cloud platforms, observability, or telemetry.
- Strong product instincts around AI and its application in technical products.
- Strong customer empathy and strategic judgment.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a remote-first environment.
- BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the product vision and strategy for Data Collection, Transformation, and Ingestion.
- Partner closely with senior R&D leaders to align product and technical strategy.
- Use customer research and business context to identify high-impact problems.
- Define how AI influences telemetry instrumentation and cost/quality control.
- Build relationships with technical buyers and observability practitioners.
- Coach and develop Product Managers on product judgment and strategy.
- Create a high-accountability, high-trust environment.
